So I have 1 pair of jean shorts,capris, and jeans. All thrift store buys, meaning they fit but not really the size I need. (all are to big, have o watch what underwear I wear out because you can see the tops LOL)

Anyways my mom says she'll get me a couple pairs of new jeans for Christmas, but buy them now so I'll have jeans ykwim

Its been awhile since I've shoped for clothing in a real store LOL DD is 8 months and I was prego 9 months before that.

So alllll the jeans look WORSE than I see in the thrift stores. All had fadeing on them somewhere or all over, holes, patched holes, snags, ect.
We are rural LOL are people out in the world really wearing these?

I swear one pair of mens jeans I saw up on display...where totally wore out with paint all over them. They looked worsed than my dh work jeans! No way dh would even wear them to work in.
LOL I was thinking I wonder if I could sell dh old jeans on ebay if they think thats cool LOL

So I guess its back to the thrift store for me LOL I'll just have to wait untill they get some in my size.

LOL, right now I am glad of the trend, cause two of my fave jeans just wore through at the crotch, and to repair them will be obvious, so I plan on going all out, and trashing, patching, and painting the rest of them, to disguise the bum patch, lol!

Other than that, though, yeah, I agree, trying to find a plain, normal, functional pair of jeans is really hard right now! lol
