Since everyone has been runnign really late on all the swaps, I am planning on bundling a bunch of swaps together and sending then all in the same package to save everyone some postage $$.

I am hoping to send all of the the following swap items out together:
Fall nature table swap B
Halloween nature table swap 1
Elemental swap
Fairy tales swap
Fall and magical tiny things swap

If you haven't mailed your packages to me yet for any of these swaps, please do so asap. I am going to plan on packaging everything up on Wednesday of next week (10/5) and sending on Thursday 10/6. Anything that is not here by 10/5 will not be included. I need to get my kitchen back out from under all these swap boxes!!!

Unfortunately you didn't miss any shipping info yet :( There are still 3 people who said their packages were in the mail early last week that still havent' gotten here. I am really frustrated ... I have so much stuff here that needs to go out! And I want everyone to get their things before the actual holiday. Hopefully tomorrow ...

I'm ducking the flames.... but I think you have given them more than enough time. I would sort and mail out now, if they don't come in tomorrow's mail. They should have gotten things done on time or dropped out. It's really not fair to the rest of us to keep waiting- especially when some things are seasonal!

I agree, after doing the big sewing swap with Lorraine I'm a bit more jaded. Unless they can give you some sort of proof that it shipped I wouldn't wait any longer. We held up the big swap for late shippers, one came when promised, which was late but we were glad it showed up. Another when contacted to say it still hadn't shown up, (after she said it would ship asap) basically said oh sorry it wont be coming, after over a week of holding things up for it. Just my $0.02 but if it's not there by now it's doubtful it's coming.

Well, I'm only in the magical/autumn tiny things swap, so I'm kinda bummed that that one hasn't gone out yet. I understand you wanting to wait on other things to save people on shipping, but for anyone who's not in multiple swaps, that kinda leaves us hanging. I do know, though, how much it can be out of your control when people swear that they've mailed stuff and it hasn't gone out. That was a HUGE frustration for us in the sewing swap. I'd say if it doesn't show up today, get them mailed tomorrow or Saturday, and get your house back :)

For the elemental and the Halloween swap, I just didn't get a lot of packages (the majority). So I split up the leftovers and sent them with the others in those swaps so that no one got back a bunch of their own things.

You should have also gotten a third one saying it was shipping. I printed the first, but the printer malfunctioned, soI had to cancel that label. I reprinted another about 5 min later and mailed the pkg. Should be there tomorrow or Monday at the latest :)

I got it this morning. We were out all day today an dwill be again tomorrow. I will try to get to the PO before we go otu in the AM, but if I can't, I will do it on Wednesday. I wish I could ship to Canada from home like I can ship domestically!

They are little fall topiary trees. If they get squished, you can fluff them right back up with your fingers or with a few pokes of a felting needle. :)

Can everyone check to make sure that they didn't get 2 bonfires? If so, can you sen d one to Momofheathens? And Jodi, if I sent you one back by mistake could you send it to her? I haven't found one here yet, so I am thinking it ended up in the wrong box (i did have some packing and unpacking help from my kiddos - ugh! LOL!)

my box arrived today.. and had the missing bonfire.. but the bonfires, along with the votive holders and a couple other things were all broken. I think there was just too much heavy stuff in there that squished it.

I've got more clay, Jo.. and need to make some more bonfires for my kids (I'm making them each their very own elemental altar set for Yule, complete with an altar cloth from Selena) as they want them for their "fire".. so I'm going to make another to send to you. :)

Do you want me to send it before or after you move? And I want you to know how sad I am about that.. I got the "move" but not the "across the country" part :eyes:

I'm sorry Jodi! I thought I had it all packed in there well enough ... there was just so much stuff! That stinks that some of it broke :( I didn't have any bigger boxes than the ones I used for your swap stuff and Kris' swap stuff ... and I couldn't fit anything else in either box!

things happen Bonnie - don't worry :) I'm just glad my kids know Mommy takes stuff out, not them! We set up a halloween area today and they've been having so much fun!
