Hi Mamas,

I have Sage and Lavender for the first time this year and could use tips on harvesting and usage. :) Looks like there are recipes available for both, so I'd love any you could share. Also - any tips on making smudges with the sage? It looks like I can roll off the flowers from the lavender and use the stems and leaves for firelighters, too. I have a lot of lavender, so I could do this with some and have plently left for cooking and making dream squares etc. But I'm not sure how far I should cut back either of these plants.

I think I missd the boat on both, too. It looks like maybe I was suposed to start cutting back before they bloomed. Uh oh! So what do I do now? ANy tips are greatly appreciated!!
