I have about a 50 yd. roll of natural wool jersey, undyed, untreated, I will sell it for $9.00 yd. plus shipping if anyone here wants some. This wool takes dye really good as it has no added chemicals, it isn't certified organic but is as close as you can get. It felts up really soft and nice, great for diaper covers, or wool pants. Also I have some honeycomb wool jersey, it is lightweight and felts to a nice daytime cover weight. I will sell that for $7.00 yd. plus shipping... I have cranberry, black, navy, grey, and purple. I also have some Kam size 20 snaps for sale I'll let them go for $8.00 per 1000 pieces! I have black, baby blue, baby pink, purple, lavender, yellow, spring green, bronze, silver, teal, bright blue, royal blue, navy, and wine

Mama do you make dolls and such from wool? I might have some scraps that I don't think I will ever use if you can use small pieces. Let Me know and they will be FFS

I don't make dolls, just wool diaper covers. Do you think they would be big enough to piece a cover together? I usually do 2-3 pieces per cover. If so, then I would definately be interested. LMK :) Thank you.

The pieces I have are what is left when I make wool covers LOL It would take more than 2-3 to piece it together. I have never made one that way although I have thought about it. I can see a potential for the colors bleeding together and making a big mess.

 I dye mine, and rinse rinse rinse before sewing so it doesn't bleed or run at all. If this wouldn't be too much of a hassle could you take a pic of the biggest scraps on a cutting mat or something? Maybe I could see if they would work then.

Well most are the oval shape that is between the cover cuts, they would be about 5" wide and 7-8" long maybe a little bigger on some and smaller on others depending on what size cover I cut.

Hmmm, I might be able to use them! Any idea on how much you have and how much to ship it? My zip is 49031. :)

Oooo, organic velour, I'm hording my last 3 yds. Are you going to be selling any of that?

I sure might, depends on how much I can really afford when it is time to ship it. ;) It is pretty pricey stuff and hard to get your hands on too unless you pay retail, and I think even that is kinda tuff these days. I have had a lot of "gotta have it" lately, I just got a roll of organic cotton fleece, and hemp should be delivered any day, my weight scale just quit out of the blue, my serger has a broken part :( Too may things all at once. So I might need to sell some of the OV if it comes in next week like I was told it would.

Depends on what you want to spend on shipping, I have about 3/4 full laundry hamper full of wool only pieces, not even sure what is in there. I do appliques so I keep pieces of fabric for that, but I don't like wool appliques as they tend to bleed. I don't know how you keep it from bleeding, I have tried everything (IE using the product to remove excess dye, soaking in vinegar which helps) but it seems that when urine hits the wool it still bleeds. I usually do embroidery on wool it doesn't have that problem as the poly thread doesn't hold the color. I have some wool yardage that is felted too much for my liking, I would sell it pretty cheap, as I don't plan to use it. I would have to find it, measure it etc. if anyone is interested in that.

The overfelted wool I might be interested if it is real cheap....lol
Ummmm, as far as shipping, the cheapest possible would be best. Can you kinda give me an estimate possibly? (If it's just scraps it can't be that heavy right?;) )

Well it is scraps but I have a lot of them so it depends on how much you want. I could stuff some in a bag or a priority mailer if you want, I have some of those little boxes that are 3.85 flat rate. I would sell the overfelted wool for say $2.50 yd., That is way less than 1/2 off, I know I have some red and some turquoise I think, not sure how big it is or how big it was when I started out. I can dig it out tomorrow and let you know. Oh I also have some very felted brown wool suiting, gabradine or flannel, not sure now what it was LOL.

One of the flat rate boxes would be great! I'd prefer the bigger cuts if you could do that.....the bigger the better. And just to make sure, are they all natural in color? I want them to be able to dye them as well.
As far as the cheap jersey yardage you have, is any of it natural color as well? Again, I'm only interested in jersey I can dye. :)
Thanks again.

Ah no, the overfelted is not natural, the scraps aren't either, I probably have some, maybe enough to fill that little box, but I have mosly colors. I have some natural interlock and some natural jersey and also a honeycomb textured jersey that is natural. I would have to dig through the scraps and see what is there.

OK, well see what you can do with a flat rate box of natural interlock and jersey scraps and get back with me!
