apparently Ds does not have epispadias at all. The urologist said his penis is normal. :) He said there is an illusion that the meatus (pee hole) is further up on the glans than it should be but its actually not. His foreskin is pulling it upward a bit,causing the illusion but he moved it a certain way and looked at it again and its actually exactly where it should be. When he let go it went back to looking strange, but he said its just the way the foreskin is attached causing it to look that way.
