With DD I always just used fuzzibunz, but alas no matter what the stuffing combination, DS leaks through the front every single time.

Now I have absolutely NO money to spend whatsoever so what I have will have to work. So that said, I was hoping I could tell you mamas what I have and maybe someone can come up with something?

I have infant prefolds, premium prefolds, snappis, pins, and bummis swws.

So how do I do this? DS leaks every night, and we co-sleep so that's not too much fun. Also I should say (please don't flame, i know) ds sleeps on his tummy.. it's the only way he will sleep. And of course, he leaks out the front.

TIA for any advice or info :)

Do you point his penis down? Have you tried the fold in the front with a bummis cover? What about sleeping on a puddle pad? How about changing him at intervals at night? Sylvie, for example, mostly does not pee until close to morning, then she lets loose. So, in your shoes, I would just plan on changing her around 4:00. Good luck! I hate getting wet in my bed, too. It's part of what I like about ec.

do you mean he pees out the top of the fuzzibunz around the waist? sounds like he's not pointing down. maybe just stuff it a bit more in the front?

He's definitely pointing down! (Learned that one during the first week!) And we started using a puddle pad last night. We haven't tried the fold in the front of the bummis... will try that tonight! Also, I think you're right about needing a night change because he's always fine at his 2am feeding and then soaked through his clothing around 4am. So maybe if i change him at 2 he'll be dry....

Is he close to needing to go up a size?

Also, we've been double wrapping at night. (I'm still working on crocheting a soaker. Got sucked into new Harry Potter  ) I snappi a prefold with a folded microfiber towel inside and then do two covers... sometimes a bummis velcro and an alexis pulll-on... sometimes two Alexis. Could you doublewrap him with what you got?

Hmm.. don't think I could double wrap him, but that is a good suggestion. I just moved him up a size in the wraps (his smaller size was leaking too) which now fit him better, but still leaks! I should mention too that he never leaks during the day.
