at the beginning of this year? Well, I just did it yesterday! I waited and waited for her to send me a pic and she never did. I had free time yesterday, so I just went ahead and made the top. I am going to send this to my best friend in FL to finish it for me as I don't have the slightest clue how to do the back and quilt it? I am not about to learn on a gift either.

Do you see the flawed fabric in there? I just saw it in the pic. I hope it isn't too noticable. UGH.

I sent some of the strips to her wedding and people signed them.

Thats a lovely quilt and I always love pink and black together. Great job, your friend is very lucky!!! I think you finish the top with a certain width sash all the way around...

My friend is going to attach the batting and back and then quilt it. That is where I am clueless. :)
