I got a new machine in May and have only used a few times. I tried using the threader today and it is not moving down far enough or turning in far enough. Has anyone else had this problem?

Kimber, do you have a picture of the threader? Is it a lever one? If so I have the same issue with a different machine, and I just sort of help it along with my finger.

I don't have that machine and don't use the threader on mine, but is it possible the needle isn't high enough? On mine it has to be at the top of its travel.
