I'm looking to shop around for different school texts. B is starting 2nd grade in a few weeks and I'm curious as to what is available. I'd like to have a look at what workbooks/texts/interactive play items are out there so I can grab a few things.
Thanks

If you don't already have a Rainbow Resource Catalog, you NEED to get one. It's like 2 inches thick and chocked full of everything imagineable.
They do have a website - rainbowresource.com
I have ordered a lot from www.sonlight.com this year
In the past I have ordered from:
www.peacehillpress.com
www.1roadtozion.com
www.shekinahcc.com
www.oliversmom.com
All of those are companies I have had wonderful service from.

Honestly I buy a lot from Barnes and noble and Borders using coupons.I also buy non-consumables from EBAY. Just depends on what you are looking for.
Rainbow is the cheapest overall (generally).

I second Rainbow. I buy almost everything from them. They are pretty backlogged this time of year though. It can take 4-6 weeks to get your things unless you pay to have it expidited.
We don't use curricula but when I buy new books, I buy them at Borders, Barnes & Noble, or Atlantic Books (local place) and use my educator's discount card. It saves me 20%. I try to find most stuff at thrifts and used bookstores, as well as the library.
