I thought I had bad hygeine! It is black and icky. I trued scrubbing it with siao and water, even rubbing alcohol. Well I had my postpartum check-up yesterday (I passed inspection by the way :) ) and I asked my MW. She said that it is hormones! The same homrones that give some women the languno (?) line (dark line on the belly). I have a very light one, but my belly button is litterally black. It looks like the skin id dead!

I think this is neat...lol! Are bodies are amazing and even more amazing is how they are all different yet the same!

i know what you mean, my belly button, betwen the brownness and the stretch marks looks liek an evil alien anus. i hate my belly right now.

i can't wait until my abs fully knit back together so ican at least start getting it flat..won't help the tummy skin but what can you do. good to know that the brown will go away

OMG I had a black belly button for the longest time! I was so afraid it would never go back to normal. One day just after getting out of the tub, i started kind of picking at it, and it all rubbed off like dead skin. I STILL have my dark line though.

i had black belly button nd linr until recently. i ignored it & now its gone :)
