Well he did it. He got my milk production up. I am letting down even without nursing about every half hour. I am soaking through my double up-ed 3 layers of hemp fleece nursing pads. Thats 2 pads per breast and 6 total layes of hemp. Thats more then in my son's fuzzibunz.

After the 1st 2 weeks with Miguel I didnt need pads.

What has he done today? He has slept all day, nursed about 4 times in 10 min increments then right back to sleep.

His poop production has quadrupled.

If he keeps this up he will never be allowed to drive, date, or play on any sports team ever.

i know this is a very trying time for you. just wanted to send out a hug & let you know in a few weeks it will be better! i like what emmalinesmom said in your other post about pumping some so you can get a good stretch of rest. my boobs don't produce like that & dont respond well to a pump......ahhhh...what i would give for a good 5 hours of good sleep.......

i can only say one thing....Wool pads i didn'tthink they would work but really seriously these things are excellent. you cna use knitted wool over your hemp ones or you can just buy the extra absorbant wool paads..they are oval shaped...i love mine...they last all day and if you have two pairs you jsut switch every day and the yare fine. only need washed out once a week or two. LOVE them

I have a super supportive husband. I just need to say how much I hate nursing somewhere so I am not saying it to Miguel and Finn ya know

I TOTALLY GET IT....that's why it says moo under my av right now. I vary from tolerating nursing to hating it with a burning passion. part of that i know is just other stressers..but man sometimes when i have two little sweaty heads hanging off of me i just want to yell and run off.

I am in no danger of quitting either, we believein child lead weaning around here....but man that doesn't keep me from feeling overwhelmed totally.
btw we are sort of pregnancy and baby buddies ithink..every single post you have posted about your preg experiences and nursingetc...i have been like yeah me too!
