i need to save it to a memory stick so my dh can reformat my laptop's drives.
in the file menu it has an export option but it isn't highlighted so i can't select it. i have over 100 email addys, home addys and phone #s in my outlook...i don't want to lose them but when he has tried to save it in the past it saves everything except the email addys.
worse case scenario i just write it all down or print it out but i'd love to save it to a removable drive (memory stick) so i can then import it once we reboot.
what do you suggest? in english please...i'm pretty ok with computers but i'm no IT person...
