He'll nurse until I let down and stop. Just as I start spraying, he pulls off and thinks he's doen.

Then, he grunts and groans for literally hours trying to poop. But, his poops do not appear to be the foremilk only kind.

What's up with that?

I'm not sure mama, but I wanted to encourage you to x-post on the breastfeeding forum :) I got some good info there that really helped ( not that you won't get good info here) :happy:

i had oal w/ Lui would unlatch him and catch spray in a prefold..his poops didn't always look like oal poops either but when i started doing the catching thing and nursing three times to each side before switching he got much more comfy

It has taken us more than a week, but nursing on one side for 6 hrs and then swithing to the other for the other 6 and then back, is FINALLY helping to control my OAL. I had to play around the the amount of time, but I think we have it kicked now!
