What December-Holiday-Of-Choice and or Birthday presents are your kids still playing with?
Annabelle (almost five) still loves to listen to classical music she got last year, and plays with an Angelina Ballerina board game she got. She also still plays with soem Water Babies she got, a wooden kid-sized crokette (sp) set and LDS kids stiff.

I bought Vidura a little wooden activity cart from Melissa and Doug for his first birthday, at the time we were totally broke and dh couldn't beleive I spent $50 on on single present for a one year old. He'll be three next month and he still plays with it daily :) It "grew" with him and now he can do different things with it, but still loves it as much as the first day.
I can see that it will be played with for another few years.
Another thing I bought the same year was a set of bendy gnomes from Danielle and from Jolene (sagemama) and he still plays with them often.
I think I still had a brain when he was only a year old and could actually think before buying something

Melissa's ballet outfits -she still dresses up in them, playsilks, Art supplies
Michael's wooden trainset - (mix of Ikea and Thomas), bible stories on CD - all the kids still listen to those.
Maddy - Fisher price little people house - she plays with it still and so do the twins. we plan to get the twins the fisher price farm and maybe castle for birthday/christmas next year. Maddy also still plays with her "build a bear" bunny her auntie gave her. Melissa has a "build a bear' leopard. They have a couple matching dresses for their animals that were the twins last year.
Twins - board books - they LOVE them! Fisher price bus and Fisher price boat. Oh and then every annoying kick and play pianos. My mom got them for them way back and they STILL like to play with them in their cribs.

Lauren still plays with her dollhouse every day. It's the Fisher Price Loving Family house and she even got some new accessories for it last week:) Sometimes it's a dollhouse, and other times she fills it with dolls and Little People and performs for them. They make a great captive audience!
She also got a Bitty Baby for her birthday (in January) and although she has lots of dolls, no one gets anywhere near the attention that Bitty Baby gets! She really is a cute doll.

Signing times Dvd set: At least one in the sets gets played everyday and everyone is signing around here. LOL.
Giant clunky plastic dinosaurs from the dollar store: Dane (age 5) plays with them every single day.
Brown playsilk: It's "dirt" for the dinosaurs.
Beads and floss: Madison (age 8) has more bracelets than she could possibly wear but continues to make more all the time.

My Cabbage Patch Kid dolls from when I was a kid. Especially my favorite one, Casey Lindsey, who has bright orange hair and one dimple. She is very cute. ;) Also Katie's Little House prairie dress and pinafore that I sewed for her.
Previous years' successes include playstands and a wooden kitchen. Brio trains. Waldorf dolls. Playsilks. Bendy fairies and accessories. Nature table goodies. Cooperative games from Shanka/Samantha.

Sara still plays her Cranium Cadoo game at least once a week, that was a big hit and she wants another cranium game for her birthday. She also got an almost full set of Magic Tree House books and reads them on an almost daily basis.
Emily still uses her Melissa and Doug pizza set almost every day as well as her lego table.
I can't even think of what else they received so the rest obviously weren't big hits!

Some mega bloks dragons that my 7yo got (they are UGLY) but he's been dragon obsessed for years -- both he and my 1 yo play with them daily. A chess set. Art supplies --- paint, etc. gets ALOT of play around here. Some small ponies (generic) are my daughters most played with toy. She makes stables for them out of boxes, etc. and they are small enough to fit in her pocket and go with her. One of our most played with EVER toys in the house is a set of duplo blocks and a table for them. They were a gift to us when Duncan was a baby and they still get almost daily play from all three kids.

Ooohh, the mermaid bendies from Selena are still a favorite for both kids. They both like Leap Pad as well, and will be getting a newer model from my well-meaning step mom who didn't know we already owned them, lol. Winnie's favorites are the little mini princess dolls/polly pockets with the little rubber clothes. She's constantly playing with those, and I'm always nagging for her to pick up the clothes. I wish we had a genius idea for storing them, lol. Finn is all about his trains, blocks, and hot wheels cars. Zella's favorite right now is a little stuffed gnome doll that Dannielle made her .

James plays with his train table everyday, Megyn plays too when James is in the sharing mood.
Megyn plays with her play makeup DAILY!! And her dressup things and her play kitchen.(james plays kitchen too)
Megyn also loves to play with my old Cabbage Pach Kids, I too have one with orange hair and a dimple and she has one tooth lol. There are 2 others that she has as well. Including one with brown hair and two bottom teeth that I won from a drawing at my dentists office when I was 11.
James plays with Buzz Lightyear A LOT!!!(a thrift store one, we bought him a new one on Amazon from Santa this year-it has a grey uniform instead of white and green)
Oh and the coolest thing that James plays with daily are his playskook chunky spiderman, doc oc, darth vader, and luke skywalker action figures. They are big and bulky for little hands, kind of like the rescue heroes.
Megyn would ride her bike everyday if the weather permitted and if we had a less busy street.

matthew got a fisher price kids cd/karoke player (we immediately 'lost' the karoke attachement) that gets played with for hours every single day - that thing is tough! You can send it down a slide and it never skips a beat. they are no longer made but I'd highly recommend picking one up on ebay (see link above) if you can.

Em's favorites are her dollhouse, her bike, a soccerball, and any kind of blocks that she can stack and crash stuff into. She also blows bubbles almost every day, and is really into cooking. (Renee/Lydiasmama gave us a kitchen set a couple of years ago that gets played with basically daily.)
If it can be used outside, she loves it all the more. Bonus points for being ultra messy. :D

Bean bags made by Wendy & her son http://finickyllama.com/ We got two sets of batik beanbags from them and they are played with daily. My kids also play with their wool balls all of the time and I know Wendy offers kits for making the wool balls yourself. They're GREAT stocking stuffers.
Playsilks (homemade)
Knitted gnomes from http://www.naturalearthfarm.com/ I think she's part of Season's Originals, too?
Wood blocks (dad-made, of course :) )
Wool food from Katie www.woolfood.com
Art supplies like mercurius, etc.
The other things they play with everyday aren't from last Christmas. Basketballs or any ball really, wings from www.blueladybug.com and a cape, also from Wendy of Finicky Llama.
The kids are getting new silks, more food and art stuff this year.

Ditto on those three things. Ds cooks me breakfast almost every morning. I also got him a fold and go wooden kitchen (we didn't have room for a big one) and he loves it.
Hmmm, his tricycle is another favorite from 2 years ago. I think we will be doing the bike thing this year.

Hmm, my kids don't really play with much 'daily', because we hide stuff all the time, and then they get to 'find' it. (don't ask, my mom started it with us when we were little, and both my bro and I do it with our kids )
I listed in order of how much they like the items. (?LOL?)
DS1 (12)- Soccer Ball, Bicycle, Computer & XBox
DS2 (9)- Soccer Ball, Bicycle, Leapster, XBox & Computer Games
DD1 (7)- Build-A-Bear, Bicycle, Scooter, Leapster, Playsilks and Kitchen Set (Little Tykes, piece of junk)
DD2 (2)- MegaBlocks, Dolls & Toy Strollers, Playsilks, and Kitchen Set
DS3 (11mo)- Anything he can get his hands on and put in his mouth. :)
He LOVES the wood rattles/toys from Haba... and we have one favorite that was a gift from a mama at MDC, and he LOVES it.
DS is still playing with the wooden thomas trains he got for his 2nd birthday. That is the one thing he has played with almost every day for the past year.
He got an Aquadoodle for his birthday and he still likes that.
His favorite toys lately are Little People, Star Wars toys that his uncle just brought him last weekend, wood food, any vehicles and play doh. He really isn't much into blocks for some reaon.
He gets plenty of use out of the Little Tykes picnic table we bought him I think for his first Christmas.

I think the only thing my children play with on a daily basis are their chickens, bunnies, cats and each other. Our pool, legos, bicycles and rollerblades are used frequently and when the children are not running around they are working on their homeschool stuff for next year. Not sure why, I didn't ask them to, they just do.
