i'm talking about new ones everyday! they resolve themselves quickly but man in the mean time the hurt.

i'm drinking 2-3 gallons of water everyday and i am notwearing a bra cause i don't own one that fits me.


so what gives?

sorry, selissa....wish i knew? massage them daily in a hot bath...maybe that will help?

i know "who has time for a daily hot bath????" but it is a good excuse for dh to take over while you massage your boobies & relax in the tub!!

I feel for ya, I do. I had that same problem last time around. All I can say is that it only lasted about 10 days and then the boobies got themselves figured out. I have no preventative solution, only ways to deal when it does happen.

It happened to me this time too. I started "massaging" them as Gracie nursed... sort of pushing out to get her to clear them out while she was nursing. It did stop happening after a bit.

I found massaging them at least helped them feel better.

What kind of bra are you wearing? Too tight can cause blockage, even nursing ones that have the pull down flap (like a peek a boo bra lol) can be too tight when your boob is spilling out of it to nurse. If it is happening on one side more then the other make sure you nurse more from that side. I tend to favor one side at night and the other sometimes got blocks the next day.
