Finally this quilt top is done, it was started in late 2002 or early 2003, I can't remember. It's going to look really nice in my living room this year at Christmas time. This pattern is from an issue of American Patchwork and Quilting from probably about 4 years ago; here is another project by the same designer:

It will be hand quilted with big stitches in perle cotton and bound in deep gold (I've used most of the fabric I bought for that though so I'll have to go buy something new for that.)
I wish now that I'd used brighter greens for the leaves so they would show up better. Oh, and I'm sooo done with hand applique for a long time.

And also, my take on the Star Wars pillowcases. I wanted them to be regular pillowcase size so I added strips of broadcloth and broadcloth for the back. It's kind of yucky quality Walmart broadcloth unfortunately. Ds really likes them though.
