My friend is due next month (ACK!) with a baby girl. Sewing this up gave me major babylust!!!

The fabric I used is from Michelle/kkdmommy. White/white stripes dyed bubblegum pink.

I used the t-shirt pattern from the KSFB and altered the sleeves to make them more cap-like, and added a skirt :heart: Then I did the lettuce edge because that's what mama wanted.

I can't remember what pattern I used for the hat...but it's just basic :)

I saved a little of that knit for myself (and I have a few yds left FS if anyone's interested). I cut out a cami top and then decided to dye prior to sewing. Well...the washing machine ate a couple pieces. Now it's a UFO because I'll never match the dye perfectly, it just made me mad (and dh couldn't find them when he took half the washer apart either).

That is adorable fabric and so perfect for that dress. Making baby clothes does nothing for baby lust, does it?
