I just had to choose today to take pictures. It's windy, it's been dark all day ... I have no idea what I was thinking. LOL! Ah well ...

The dress is a patriotic retro kids print from Miller. Shirred bodice, and then the shoulder ties have appliqued (is that what it's called??) star patches at the ends. Rio (who has requested her name be changed to "Snicklefritz Butterfly"--please take note) *loves* the stars!
The wide-leg flood pants & headband are a star printed denim I picked up a year or 3 ago. I left the pants pretty basic so they'd go with more tops. Yadda yadda. ;)

Absolutely gorgeous!!!

I think the outfit's adorable and you're too critical about your pictures...they look just spiffy to me. But then, since Butterfly Sunshine (aka Dean) is related to Sniklefritz Butterfly, maybe I just don't know what a good pic is...the only time he holds still for pictures is when he's griping at me, which makes for just *dandy* pictures.

That is just too funny about the name thing. Dean's heard me tell the story about his name a *lot* lately because of the new baby, and he's decided he likes what he almost got named a whole lot better & would really prefer Butterfly Sunshine since it's prettier. LOL! That's my boy...
