I think God may have spoken to me but am a little unsure

I wouldnt say that He has outright spoken to me, but I definitely feel that Ive been guided by Him many times. Im not talking about getting a sign or anything, but a distinct feeling inside that the choice Ive made at that point is either the right one or wrong one and am guided to either correct it or am given confirmation that what Im doing is the right thing.

Yeah, he talks to me alot. I just know that I know kwim. It is hard sometimes to discern what is God's voice and what is our own thoughts. One sure way to check if it is God is that his words to you will always be spiritually(biblically) sound. If you really feel in your heart that it was the Lord then I would listen. If you aren't certain, tell God, he will make it clear to you if it is him.

I don't know if this counts, but I had one occassion where I honestly and truly should have died, but didn't even get a scratch and I sort of feel that God was trying to tell me something about my life and its purpose.

Then, I once woke in the middle of the night and hear CLEAR AS DAY a voice saying, "Sarah is pregnant." Two weeks later my sister announced her pregnancy.

Finally, every year, the night before my birthday is the biggest meteor shower of the year. I like to count the shooting stars. So, the night before I turned 20, I was camping out and watching the stars. I was so tired. I got to 19 and was about to fall asleep when I asked God to let me see one more. I fell asleep. Sometime in the middle of the night I woke, opened my eyes, saw one more shooting star, said "thank you" and fell back to sleep.
