Milkmaid/Laura made this, and I couldn't resist buying it when no one else did! I'm SOOO glad I did! It's absolutely beautiful, and we got TONS of compliments on it at church this morning. Oh Allison, your post absolutely MADE my day. Alannah is just a beautiful doll, and I am so happy you like the dress. It was a labor of love to make it! :)

I'm knee deep in dance sewing--I have 24 dresses to make before Thursday, and the fabric was JUST SHIPPED from NY on Friday. I don't know how I'm going to get it all done, but I guess it'll happen. Your post really helped me to remember that sometimes I do get to sew for people who really appreciate it (vs. sewing for dance parents that always think I could have done something better).

Thank you again. Sometimes God knows when you need a little "pick me up." You did that for me today!
