Finally I made dh feel guilty enough :nono: so he bought me a new Fuji 5500 dig. Cam. :D
And at the same time I finished dd's quilt!
I started taking quilting lessons and I love it.
The pattern is “storm at sea” but I call it mommy’s heart :heart:

I used mostly free motion, it is scary at first, but when you get it, its fun

:drop: :drop: WOW!!! That's gorgous! Do you want to finish the one I started 9 years ago?? :) It was suppose to be a baby blanket for my oldest dd with matching bumper pads for the crib. Needless to say she never slept in the crib - except afternoon naptime - and the quilt never got done.

That quilt is beautiful! Stunning work. I love how you made the heart, you can't really see the heart motif in the rest of the quilt but it's so clever how you made it in red and it just pops out. Wow!
