My mom breeds German and Dutch Shepherds. Many of them go into police service work, so they have to be very well socialized and taken places a lot as puppies. She needed a puppy-size vest for times when she takes them out. She gave me one of her full-size ones to make a pattern from and this is what I came up with. The puppies are so cute all dressed up for 'work' in their vests!
