I got a digital camera yesterday waahhoo!
Sew Baby reversable dress. It's really too big, she needs a 3t instead of a 4t I guess. But it still fits her ok. Super easy pattern, my only complaint is that because it's a 1 piece press pattern, it was hard to cut the fabric without wasting some of it. Oh well...Oh and I just realized that the tabs look crooked. They are just pinned, I still have to put the buttons on, I'm afraid, I hate buttons...

Kwik Sew pattern. Really cute citrus spandex from Bethan :) It fits her just perfect. Although I'm sure I'll have to make her a bigger one as the summer goes on, there's not much growing room. I'm getting better at bathing suits, this is my 3rd one. I'm really pleased with how it came out. The back really isn't wonky it just looks funny with her arms over head.

What a cute dress, I love the print! That swimsuit is cool too, I like the style of the back. Swimsuits are on my to-do list for today, but I *hate* making them!

I  everything!!!! I've used sundress patterns like that and they do take a lot of yardage. But all of the Big 3 have similar patterns and some of them are 2 piece patterns (so the sides are separate) so they take less yardage. Longer to put together, but less fabric...
And the suit is just adorable! I have that fabric and made Sophie a suit with it last year. Kudos on doing such a good job; swimsuits are HARD! :)

Very cute stuff, the swimsuit looks awesome and I can't believe how big your dd has gotten, I remember the sig pic you had for awhile of your family (which was a beautiful picture) on the beach and she was just a toddler then:)

Those are both cute. I love the dress.
I like the swimsuit. I am trying one in the next couple of weeks! Where did you find the fabric? I ended up buying two solid colors and will combine them on the suit as I couldnt find a printed one.

Wonderful!!! You are getting ready for summer!
I wish it were warmer here...I feel like sewing stuff like that but it is still cool here. (dd's are wearing long sleeves, jeans, and sweatsuit jackets today.) :eyes:

The dress looks fabulous, and if you can sew a swimsuit that looks that nice, you can do the buttons :) Dont be afraid!

Yes, yes you are right. After I put all this camping stuff away I'm going to do those buttons...
