... he loves all things "merican flag" and happily points them out all over the place.

He had a go at needle felting applique today at the fair and chose to make a "merican flag" badge.

The ladybird was a present from one of the ladies on the stall.

Polie: Thank you for saying that. I needle felted a badge by taking wool and it was red and white and blue. Then I poked it here on the wool.

I like it Pollie :usaribbon I bet that was fun to make. Did you know that I call Ladybirds..Lady bugs? I like the name ladybird much better. We have ladybirds that live upstairs in my daughters room.

My boys like red, white and blue things too.
