It looks like my mil's visa is going to be approved, so I am going to go down and get her, and bring her back (she's almost 70, and we aren't comfortable with her making the trip the 1st time by herself)

Where is the best place to buy tickets?

I dunno the best place, since prices change a LOT, all the time, but you should also try airlines themselves...the last few times I bought international tickets, I got the best prices direct from the airlines. Try their websites; a lot of times they have a deal section.
