PLanning my son's second birthday party, when is the best time of day for it?

After naptime is the preferred activity time around here. He's rested, happy and ready for active play.

for us it's around 10 am or evening around 6:00

oh..naptime for this 2 year old is around 12:30 or 1:00 until 2:30 or 3:00

Mornings work best for Cole too. 10ish.

Afternoons vary by nap time, some days he's up and happy by 2, other days he needs to sleep until 4.

Its tough, we wake up late and go to bed late so anything before 11 is out of the question and most other toddlers are napping by noon. Miguel's naps have been so all over the place. Today noon yesterday 6pm.

I would rather not have it at meal time so I can serve snacks and not a meal.

I am thinking 3pm./.. then people can come at 4 and still be in time for cake.
