Size 6-9 months. I want something quick and easy so that I can pump items out fast. Some little dresses would be nice but also shirts, capris, and shorts patterns are wanted to. My sewing time is far and few between these days so quick and easy is a must.

I love the reversible dress from SewBbaby and it goes together really quick. Also, peasant tops are quick and easy - the most time consuming is putting hte elastic in.

I second the peasant dresses -- quick & easy and cute. Also do you have KSFB or KSFT? The shorts/pants go together very quickly --- you can make them capri length and add some lace or trim at the bottom to cute them up a bit. I cut the shorts out in mass for my kids then whip them together production style.

I second a Kwik Sew book or pattern. I have KSFT and have been chugging out shorts, capris and pants like they are going out of style. You might want to get this pattern:

You can modify the raglan t-shirt into a peasant top and it has both pants and capris.

I'm liking the ELD baby dress pattern for Abi. It also has a bloomers and romper pattern included with it. Super fast and easy. :)

The Quick & Comfy dress (pattern by sewbaby, available at Sewzanne's) is a good staple, too.
