ok, i have two possibly stupid questions....

what does one make these undies out of? i mean, fabric wise and pls make it simple as i'm sorta clueless on the differences.

what do you do if you dont have FOE?

i would use cotton. it is breathable and stretchy. i am not sure what to do with out foe.
