You GO girl! I haven't made any progress since I bought that new scale and found out the other was 14 lbs LOW. :( Too much of a psychological blow, I guess. In fact, I've GAINED back 6 of the 11 I'd lost. But dh says I'm getting skinnier, so I dunno what to think. We added a 3rd night of TKD per week and I guess I'm converting a lot to muscle, but I still have work to do.

I really like WW. I eat low-carb already. But I used to binge on carby foods. Now If I want a treat I can have one. I don't feel guilty because ALL food is okay w/ WW. Even Starbucks & Cold Stone :D
