I am baaaad when it comes to breakfast! :shake: I rarely eat it. I usually have a early lunch though, around 11. If I do eat breakfast it is usually a Banana or Yogurt w/Grapenuts. :)

Ugh... a renagade baby foot deleted my post. :D
Short version:
plethora of healthy cereal choices
fruit (current favorite is mandarin oranges and pears)
oatmeal
I also make batches of whole wheat pancakes and freeze them in single servings so I can pop them in the toaster or microwave easily.

Current fave is a big bowl with 1c plain yogurt, 1c granola, 1c sliced strawberries and 1 large sliced banana (dh does this for me, but if he wasn't here then I would wash/hull/slice strawberries once-twice a week so they'd be ready).
Other faves are just the fruit and yogurt blended as a smoothie, batch of hard boiled eggs are quick to grab or on MOndays I like to do big batches of whole grain homemade blueberry or banana or spice apple bran muffins (good with a piece of fruit and an egg).
Then theres also oatmeal with applesauce as the sweetener or cereal

:ditto:
I have zoey (almost 5), roman (almost 2) , the little boy i watch (just turned 3) and teenager (almost 16)
I eat with the kids every morning and we rotate the following choices:
everything is served with fruit on the side: banana, apple, berries, melon, sometimes canned peaches/pears if its all i have.
Pancakes (i also do the freezing thing. I make a huge batch and freeze to have another day during the week)
Oatmeal with raisins (can do this in the crockpot the night before)
Cottage cheese with fruit (yes my kids love cottage cheese)
Toast and Jam or toast with butter and cheese
Scrambled or hardboiled eggs
yogurt
muffins (usually blueberry or banana nut)
cold cereal if i'm being reallllly lazy
cheese and crackers
cinnamon rolls (ok, usually on sunday morning but a fun treat)
I also buy nutrigrain or similar bars for chelsey when she has no time for a real breakfast. Dh is awful bout eating so i've been making him scrambled egg burritos and freezing them. I pop one in the micro in the morning and hand it to him (and sometimes chels too) on his way out the door
