Allison ,Shannon, Jayme, Shelia and I went to the LA Fabric District yesterday. Thanks for dragging me around! I had a blast!
I crammed a lot of fabric into my suitcase :)

I think it was a piece of heaven. Fabric everywhere and a Starbucks right in the middle :heart: I am really sick of elastic though..

Shannon, you are one awesome tour guide. Thank you for driving(even if you are one crazy LA SUV driving mama) and the nice dinner. You home is lovely and it was wonderful to meet your kids.

A slightly funny story..I wore close toed shoes in LA. We walked A LOT.
At Shannon's I was telling them ****Whew my feet stink****
I was soooooooooooooooooooooo embarrased when I had to take my shoes off at the airport. The smell was um ..... unpleasant. The nasty smell was wafting off my shoes and my feet. The guy in front of me was really slow. He had four bins and was getting his lighter confiscated. My shoes were trapped. I couldn't get them on fast enough. I could here the people behind me kinda coughing.. :shake: Next time I'm wearing sandles...

I had a marvelous time. That $2 bag of buttons you found for me rocks!! I was sorting them in the car and 99% are metal ones and there were all these cool dragon ones, tons of the tacks, and more of these that I buy at Joann's for the jackets. Yeehaw!

My husband thinks I have no fabric buying restraint at all! You and he should talk! Did you leave anything left for the stores to sell? :) My feet were okay but my hip joint was in pain yesterday. I was limping all over Hancocks. Yes, I had to do more shopping. Guess what? All that shopping we did and I forgot that I needed elastic when we were downtown.

Can't wait to see the picture of us in front of Shannon's fabric packed car!
