aww Thanks so much girls!! I have no idea how to do the "shirring" the right way so I use casings and use a 1/4 or 1/8 inch elastic. :) It works pretty well and it turns out just as cute..IMO :)

The pattern for the yellow dress (the one with the beach balls,etc) is New Look 6257 (2003)
