I could use some khaki fabric for shorts for dd - preferably on the lighter side of khaki - do some people call that stone? Anyway, not so light someone would mistake it for white.
Lightweight to midweight twill or denim would work or a nice quality regular woven (like quilting fabric). It gets super hot here in summer, so no heavyweight twill or denim. I need 1/2 yard after shrinkage, but I'd happily take 1-2 yards depending on price or trade.
For trade, I have various girl prints, Blue's Clues prints, new in package Bravado bra S+, worn once white Hanna tights 110, one of those deals you set your serger on to catch serging clippings, and a few pocket diapers with PUL outer.

Don't have any to spare but I got a yard at JoAnn's on saturday. So maybe yours will have some as well. never mind I realize it's twill that I have, not heavey but feels like regular denim to me.

I have a light weight stretch twill that would be perfect. It is 1 1/4y with a square cut out of one corner. $4
I also have 2 colors of denim (light and medium blue) that are a light weight denim- heavier than chambray but not like jeans denim, kwim? I could do 1/2y cuts for $2/ea
Here is a pic of the twill:

I can't ship until the end of the week when my car gets out of the shop though.
PM me if you want any of these.

Thanks, but closest Joann's to me is almost 40 minutes away. :( I don't head there unless I need a lot of fabric or something else in the area. (Once I add in gas and headache, shipping fabric is cheaper!! LOL!) We have Hobby Lobby, but this one's selection is so-so. Oh, for others reading this - twill is fine and probably better than denim since it's usually lighter weight.
