I want to upgrade mine. It is a very basic one. I have the Kodak EasyShare and love it though. I love the camera dock and the one touch transfer. I want to have some more options on though, like zoom and such.
So tell me what you have.
Anyone have the printer dock, is it worth the money??
Thanks,
Christine

We have a Sony Cybershot DSC-P92 I got it the day before DS's 1st birthday (nearly 2 years ago). I LOVE it!! It will do a few mins of movie with sound and stuff too. We had a Sony before this one too, and while it was very bulky compared to this one, we loved it too.
The one we have is now about 1/2 the price we paid for it.

I have an olympus with a 10x zoom. I like that is holds its batteries and that it has a huge zoom. MP is 4. I wish that it didn't take so long to take consecutive shots. I got it online for $350. I do like it!!

We just recently got the Kodak that is 6.1 MP. I like it because I can take movies for my grandparents in another state and send them little clips. It also has a bunch of color settings ( I like sepia and b&w). We bought it when there was a free memory stick too (from Office Max I think). Everyplace around here is the same price but then we just watched for the free memory stick offer.

I have a fuji finepix A345 that I just got..smaller, only 4 mp but I am not a camera person so I needed small and simple. It was only 180 bucks and it is a great camera. Always invest in a larger memory card..OH..and my opinion on kodak and their stuff being only their stuff just bugs me, so we got a camera with the pictbridge so you can download to any pictbridge printer directly..so I dont' have to buy all fuji stuff iykwim.

I am pretty sure that Kodak is Pictbridge enabled.
Thanks mamas.

I have a lil to add to this; I have a very basic HP photosmart 2.1mp 12x zoom (I know, 1.5 yo and already practically obsolete) what I wanted to say is beware of cameras w/ an auto-zoom, and what I mean by auto-zoom, is the fact that when you turn the camera on/off the lense comes out and goes back in. It really kills the batteries, like regular batteries only last thru 4-6x of turning the camera on/off! Which is why I invested in re-chargable batteries made for digi-cams, well worth it! hth!

We just got a Kodak LS753. It is a 5 mp but it is tiny. The options are extremely easy to use and it came with a dock. It was 240 something at Sams club. I also have an Olympus 3.2 mp D550zoom I think That I like but it is clunky and I think the options are harder to use.

I have an Olympus Camedia C-50 Zoom with 5.0 megapixels. I have wanted an Olympus Camedia for several years and got a spectacular deal on this when they put out the next newest model.
I have had it for...I'm not even sure...over a year, more like a few years, IIRC and I still have so much I need to learn about it.
It came with the charger and specific battery for the camera so that's no biggie there. I know my old camera ate through double A batteries like they were candy!

I have the HP photosmart 735. It has 3.2MP and 15x zoom. We got it in March 2004. It's been a great camera for us.

I have the camera dock that recharges; so I wonder if I get a camera with the zoom that comes in and out if that would cause the life of the rechargable to not last as long when we are out.
Anyone know???
