Kent spent last week in the hospital and I wasn't around to do any sew and shows. I'm going to try to put a couple in one post so I won't be cluttering up the board with my nonsense!

The below dress is from the Goodwill 99 cent sale. I loved it...blueberries on textured white fabric and great clear glass-looking buttons. I know they are not actually shaped like blueberries, but it's all I know to call them. http://soaa.org/v-web/gallery/albums/creations/bbgoodwill.jpg

Into this with a slip made from a vintage white cotton dress. There is also a purse, not shown.

Okay, girls...this is SO totally NOT me. My mother won't believe I made this outfit. ;cool: I have stretched my personality and creativity on this one, but I just adored the fabric for the top...baby chicks on motorcycles. Daisy LOVED it, but it is on the verge of too little and well...I think I love it, so maybe there IS a little me in it...but it's gotta go! :)

Goodwill Old Navy 99 cent skirt reworked into the below. Extra "leather" used to trim peasant shirt and to make head scarf.

Great stuff, you're so creative! I hope Kent's feeling better.

Oh my, that little biker mama is adorable! And the blueberry dress is really pretty--it makes me think of blueberries and cream!

Oh, I *love*love*love* the biker chick! Outfit and little girl. Julia won't put Rio up for auction, don't suppose I could talk you into Daisy? :D

It's a *darned* good thing you don't do little boy's outfits...I'd be *so* broke!

I think it is the biker chic additude.

Thank you so much! I can certainly see the resemblance, but would have never thought of it. I appreciate the encouraging words.

I am in LOVE with the motorcycle chicken fabric! Where can I find it, I *must* have some. Motorcycles and chickens are Henry's two loves.

Really I love both outfits you sns'd, but that motorcycle fabric really grabs me! I love the little biker style outfit you made for Daisy out of it. :)

Super cute & creative as usual!
That blueberry dress is sort of reminiscent of Sienna Miller (or whatever her name is?) ... so sweet & feminine & bohemian all at once.
