No this is the thick kind. I buy it by the roll from Hemp traders. They are the only one's I have found to sell this thickness which I love to use.

oh no. You can make lounge pants (so so nice), house dresses, summer dress with shoulder straps (awesome), t shirts, gowns, ect... The list is endless.

My friend made me a summer dress out of it and I love it. I can not wear it right now cause I'm preggo but you better believe I'll be in it in a few weeks. :)

I waiting for a package too (pd 4/02; supposed to ship 4/04). Not the hemp jersey, but killington flannel from her other FS post.

She hasn't been on since the 13th and it looks like she had her baby.

I hope all is well - I'm just anxious to get my flannel because I was going to be making some more mama pads this coming weekend and love the trimness of killington for the inserts, but they may have to wait....

Nothing yet - I PMed her a few days ago, but she hasn't been on since the 13th. I just emailed her and will let you know if I hear anything back. I know mine was supposed to be mail on the 4th and she was very active online that day so it should have, but I haven't gotten it yet. Hopefully everything is alright.

I don't know what to do about this. I can completely sympathize with being out of commission with a baby, but I have $65 into this and it's for business use... it's hard to have that tied up instead of making me the money I had planned. It was supposedly shipped on the 4th. I wouldn't be as worried if I wasn't moving the middle of May. I don't know how soon I'll have reliable internet access after that, and I don't want it shipped here if I'm already there. Does anyone have a phone number that can just check if she's okay, and going to follow through eventually? It sounds like many of you know her and trust her, so I'm comforted by that.

I really don't want to rush her since it must be that she's busy/out of commission with the baby, and I do believe the baby was premature. I've been there, done that. I just want to be reassured that she's going to follow through, and that it will come to the right address.

And truthfully, I'd really love to get a refund instead, but don't want to cause her more headaches than I'm sure she's already got. I just am feeling like I need some communication from her. I've pm'd twice, and waited since the 4th.

I really don't want to sound mean, I just need reassurance :-) :-)

I'm right there with you Christy only I don't have nearly as much $$ in it as you. I pmed her with no response and emailed her also with no response. I plan on filing with paypal later in the week before the 30 days is up.

I guess what concerns me is that she was very active online on the 4th (the day packages were supposed to go out) and has been active online also since then so I guess I just feel that she could have let us all know whether the packages were sent or not.

I hope everything is alright, but I can't afford to be throwing money away either.

I have some fabric here on hold for her and have PMed her a few times and didn't hear back. I'm sure she's tied up with her new baby. I hope all is well with her. I'm not sure who else would know her here. Maybe post on the market board as I know she goes there too. :)

I've already filed with Paypal. It's obvious that the fabric wasn't mailed, so I'd rather just have my funds returned.

No word from them or her. I have PM'd, emailed her from the link through Paypal and the link through her site. I am just sick, I have a feeling many of us were taken by her. I am sorry, I can understand being out of commision for a birth, but, not for this long, she had plenty of time to mail mine out before she supposedly was scheduled for the c-section too. :( I hope some of us get our stuff/money back. :( This makes me so sad!

I bought some hemp fleece from her a couple of months ago (?), and it arrived quickly with no problems.

I hope nothing bad has happened. It's weird how all her funds are not in her account but many have paid. I decided to just sell the fabric i was holding for her, she hasnt paid me for it yet and when I PMed her I had asked for her address so i can get the label ready, she never gave it to me and we were PMing right after another, meaning she was online same time as me. it's just sad though that so many are having this problem. My case is different than yours but i could've sold my fabric long ago and it's been held up. I gave her the extra time cuz i figured she was busy with the baby or maybe something had happened. I dunno it's just too bad things ended up like this. I guess we all know from now on to not buy in bulk like that from newbies. Make sure you know the person. I'm sad for everyone that that happened to.

eta-if you go to whitepages.com and type in her last name(its posted in a previous post on this thread), and her state is Florida. If you look under the M's theres just the letter maybe its her name(michelle?) and under the R's theres an R & D(maybe dh's name? and maybe her name isnt Michelle?). There's phone #'s for both to try and also an address for the R & D one. HTH :)
