I'm going to make a chocolate tofu cheesecake this weekend sometime.

Any tips or suggestions that I can use to problem solve in advance?

Also, anyone have a recipe for a vanilla tofu cheesecake?

We buy the chocolate tofu kind on special occasions from a local gal but I know I can make this myself and save a lot of money, so I am going to make them myself.

Any tips or words from those who make these?

I think springform pans work very well for making cheesecakes.
