Do you like it? Can I use it in hot tea? What can't I use it in? I need to get off some of this sugar and the coop has this on sale this month. TIA.

I love it. You can use it in anything. I bake with Rapadura unprocessed sugar and agave nectar...I usually sub 1/4c agave nectar and 2/3c Rapadura per 1c sugar in a recipe. If you use too much it has a little aftertaste, but not bad IMO.

It tastes like an unflavored honey to me, if that makes any sense. Sort of like "honey lite".

Does anyone know where I could find bannana nector? My husband had this overseas and loves it...I haven't seen it anywhere though - even at places that sell other types of nector
