I have a new Dell computer. So far it sucks.

The avatars are no longer animated for me and I can't get videos to play on the on-line surveys that I do regularly for extra money. With the videos I need the latest version of Windows Media Player.. which I have. The videos will still not appear on the screen and the graphics that normally appear on my screen during a few of the surveys are gone as well... just a big empty box with a little icon in the upper left corner. Can someone possibly help me fix this problem? I would call Dell support again but frankly I'm sick of talking to people in India and Argentina. I spent 2 hours talking to someone about the problems I'm having with my monitor and still didn't get the problem fixed.

This happened to a friend of mine a while ago. She kept trying lots of different things to fix it and she finally fixed it by hitting "refresh with full page quality" I'm not sure where exactly that is because I don't have XP, but it may be worth a try.

Thanks Karen. I have that option too but it isn't fixin' the problem. Hopefully it will be something as simple as that though :)
