Getting into the St.Patricks day projects now, so we did an easy craft that the little ones could do.
Cut a paper plate in half and have them color a rainbow. then we made a small pot of gold and a small shamrock that they colored. I hole punched the ends of the rainbow and attached their pot of gold and shamrock with the color string of their choice. hole punched the top and hung it with a clothespin from our ceiling fan. Voila. its a mobile :)
Mine i only colored one side as a prototype to show them so we stuck it on the window.
The kids (19mos, almost 3 and 4 1/2) had a blast making these. Was easy, cheap, stuff was in the house and it took them about an hour from start to finish. They're thrilled with them
