Ya know the ones that are in all the boutique auctions? I don't know that I'm crazy about them but I thought I'd give them a try to see how I really feel lol
I have an idea how to make them but if there is a web page with instrructions or templates I would love to know it. :)

I have one also, but it's in .jpg format. I'll post it for you. Just right click and save on your computer then print it out :) This one is super easy to make as well.
Lorraine - Thanks for posting that other one! That's awesome!

I've made them before (the ones in the first instructions) and sewn them to hair elastics to use for ponytails. I got the instructions from the klutz ponytail book. There is a way to add leaves also.

I do it by putting the 2 fabrics right sides together, tracing around the petal, which will be your sewing line, so leave enough room around the tracing for cutting it out. Then stitch all around the curved edge, leaving the bottom edge unstitched. Then you trim around the stitching, and turn them right sides out and proceed from there. This way, you can trace several, then stitch on them all at once, and it's easier because you are manuevering a larger piece of fabric, instead of a small one.......if that makes any sense, LOL!

I can't make the first one work. I used the directions Danaia posted the other day. Thanks danaia! I'd like to see others. I also like the idea of putting in leaves.
