They have been watching Nightmare Before Christmas a lot lately.

My kids love Maggie and the Roast Beef(LOL that is what my oldest ds calls it!)

My 4 yo ds favorite movie is Creepshow and Evil Dead but they aren't kids movies.

Oh, and my dd who is now 14 loved My Neighbor Tortoro way back when she was about 4-5. I'd love to find it again and buy it for my boys.
My Mom bought a bunch of movies for the kids for Christmas. She wanted them to see what movies used to be like. So we got Lassie, The Black Stallion and the original live action Jungle Book.

My kids go thru phases. For awhile, all DS would watch was Toy Story, then Nightmare Before Christmas, then Shrek/Shrek 2. Now he's on a Disney gig.
DD loves anything to do with dogs and unicorns. Right now Air Bud is her fave.
As for me -
(Candy Corley - are you reading this????)
The hills are alive
With the sound of music . . . .
la la la laaaaaa
I like the Hallmark VHS. My mom has the Sarah Plain and Tall ones, and the Anne of Green Gables ones. I like that wholesome stuff, LOL. Willie Wonka always makes me humble when I think of them having nothing but cabbage soup to eat.

I enjoyed:
Jimmy Neutron and Dinosaur
My kids love any animated Scooby Doo movie and I've got to admit, I like those too.
My kids like most movies. I don't hold many in high esteem though.
Would it be too old school of me to say the Lion King?!

Peter Pan (Anabelle loves the NEW version, non-animated and she also loves the OLD version, non-animated w/ Mary Martin)

We also thought the Country Bears was kinda cute.
Watched E.T. for the first time the other day.
And COAL MINER'S DAUGHTER! We're actually taking Belle to see Loretta Lynn on Feb. 26 - Woo Hoo!!! It's funny because we're really rockers, and she fell in love with Jack White. Then since he did the duo with Loretta, she fell in love with Loretta. And now she's a HUGE fan of Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, etc. Anyway..... I digress.

Well MY favorite kids movies are Milo and Otis, and Spirit
But I also love love love Mary Poppins and Annie.
If you asked my kids what their favs are they would say THOMAS! blech, am I ever sick of Thomas.
I am super careful of what my chhildren see. They can't seem to process as much as other children can so their movie viewing is very limited.
"I'm not gonna yell, I'm not gonna yell." My all time favorite quote from Milo and Otis. Gives me a chuckle whenever I think about it...
