Most of you knit so fast that you probably start and finish one project before I ever get one going. But, do you typically have more than one project going? I have two going right now. Both Sam and Beth want me to knit them things NOW! So, I am. I do a little of one then a little of the other. Plus side is they will probably be done about the same time and thus each will have theirs at the same time. Less bickering, right?

Usually just one, but sometimes two. I've stuck to quick finish things so far. I have a habit of losing interest/giving up on things, so I'm trying not to start a whole lot at once.

I have a couple of projects in progress right now; a crocheted afghan I need more yarn for (good thing it's the cheapie no dye lot stuff), a dishcloth that needs to be tied off, a woven wool potholder that needs to be sewn, and a crocheted pillow that has been sitting here so long it's officailly a UFO. As soon as my order of wool yarn gets here I'll start a scarf for my youngest, regardless of the state of my other projects.

Peace,

Kimberly

Too many. For a while I had so many that I had to make myself a rule that I had to finish 2 projects before I could start a new one.

LOL! Well......

~I have 2 different pairs of socks going, each with 1 done and the other 1/2 done

~A cabled cardigan sweater for me, 1/2 done

~A newborn set going, got the sweater done and need to do the hat and booties

~A camo hat for nate

So, what is that... 5 projects going? I work on each of them a little bit each day. Actually I've been working on the newborn set more than the others, cuz she's due pretty soon and I need to get it done and sent off.

I do alot of knitting when I'm suppossed to be studying for a test, like right now I'm online instead of studying... bad, bad me.

Half my needles are usually tied up, LOL. I have 3 scarves in progress (one since early Dec, it's a HUGE striped one for dh) and a hat that's barely started. I need to get cracking, it'll be warm weather before I finish them :D

I refuse to really admit how many projects are in various stages of completion, LOL, but it is definitely in double digits. BUT, I must add that at least half of them are work stuff, designs I'm writing up, etc.

Ok..I'll admit how many projects I have...

1 scarf that is off the needles, bu tneeds to have the end woven in
On the needles:
1 scarf
1 bag for ME that will be felted
1 Jumper Dress for Morgan

Things that need to be done very soon:
Knit hat
Knit wet bag

Wow..that's a lot less than I was expecting! ;)

Hugs,
tammy

I usually have 2, plus a pair of socks. The projects are based on location - one at the computer, one in front of the TV, and the socks are in my purse/diaper bag.

Faythe, that is an AMAZING idea. Location hmmmm. I usually only have one or two things at once. I don't like to have too much undone stuff around.

I usually only have one maybe two knitting projects going on.
Sewing is another story. Definitely well into the double digits with that

I have a hard time staying interested if I only have one project going...right now, I have two active projects, a baby blanket (worked in four quadrants, just finished the first) and a pullover for ds (have to finish the sleeves, sew together, and knit crewneck). I also have one UFO that I'm trying to decide whether to frog...
