What do you think? So I was browsing ebay and came across a lady in Canada with RosieCheeks diapers. Lol! FYI, if you're not a long time member, I had a diaper biz for about 2 years and even was wholesaling at a point, but it got too big for me, so I closed it down. However, I still make them from time to time, when I have the occasional former customer contact me and I sell my own personal stash of used ones when Ethan grows out of a size on ebay from time to time too. So....should I contact her and let her know, personally, I'd rather not, but I would hate to put some used ones up for sale and she thinks I'm nuts trying to steal her name, lol. What would you do?

I still have one of your blue's clues flannel diaper. I think you should contact her-did you copyright your name? I don't know the whole thing about that but it would be a good idea so others won't get confused -I think of you when I think of Rosiecheeks diapers.Erika

I would contact her. But since you're no longer in biz (unless you plan on reopening in the future) I wouldn't ask her to stop using the name, but maybe put Rosiecheeks by ____ (whatever her name is) and you can do the same. That way there's no confusion over who made the diapers when you sell them.

I loved your dipes! Mama2Miracles has my old ones and I think they're nearly dead now. They had a long and very active life, cuz I bought them used here! Yours were the best around for PLing cuz they were so nice and stretchy we could use them as pull-ons. :)
