I have been trying to be good to myself (I am 3 weeks post hysterectomy) and remembering to include myself in my list of giving.

Yesterday I just started playing...

I knit some stray roving that I had - Mixed the colors as I went along. It was tons of fun and I had NO idea what I was making when I started out. It soon became a little bag as I went along. Today I hand wet felted it and did some beadwork from an old earing and a bracelet I never wear.

And viola' !

I really like it! :D

edited to add: the scale is about 6.5 inches tall bag, not including the handle.

Katie, it is really beautiful. I love how it became what the wool wanted to be.

That is so good for your physical recovery to allow your heart and mind to follow their creative path. We often don't get to do that in our lives as Mama's do we?

Thanks for sharing, it is inspiring to see such pretty things.
