We're moving to OH at the end of this school year, and I am wondering what Ohio's homeschool laws are like. Anyone have a link?

We aren't that far away -- we could "field trip" together somewhere.

I'm curious - since you're military. I know my MIL has permament residency listed as NC - no matter where she lives. Can you use the hs laws of your resident state so you don't have to worry about changing everytime you move?

moving to NE Ohio - near Ashtabula. Hoping to find a house rental in either Geneva or Jefferson.

You have to se the state in which you are residing's laws. We're from PA, and they have some stringent laws - so I'm glad i don't have to follow PA laws. ;) Looks like for OH it isn't too bad. We'll only be there one year, so it looks like we won't have to do any testing (for refiling only, looks like).
