i was a member of aaen at one time, but lyl was a baby and would scream whenever we got in the car, so we didnt go anywhere until she was about 14 months old lol

Branwyn...are you looking for a homeschool group in GA?? A friend and I started a group for families who are homeschooling for academic reasons, but it has actually turned into a group who homeschool gifted children-we all use different methods...some unschool and some use a curriculum, and everything in between. We are also COMPLETELY open,and completely inclusive(my friend and I struggled to find a truly inclusive home, but ended up making our own and growing it over time). All but a few of us live in Cherokee/East Cobb and most of our activities and classes are in that area. LMK if you want more info!

that would be awesome!! maire is advanced in certain areas (reads on about a 9th grade level and is working on algebra, but her composition skills are on a 3rd grade level) and we would love to talk and meet with other parents!
