I have a fleece AIO, with an internal soaker that stinks like fish when Damien pees in it. Is there anything I can do to get the stink out? It does not smell when it is dry, only when it is wet. TIA!

Did you use desitin on your babe with it? If yes, it'll eventually wash out.
If not, I'd suggest a few drops of tea tree oil or lavendar oil in with your wash cycle. That always seems to freshen mine up.

I just got it from another mama, so I do not know if desitin was used on it. I will just keep washing it for the next week and see if that helps. I have some TTO, so I will also try that. Should I put it in at the beginning of the wash cycle?

Since you just got it from someone else, you may want to consider stripping it, carefully. Do a wash of baking soda and vinegar. Then 2 extra rinses. If the diaper still smells while it is wet (in the washer) continue rinsing. That is a major problem with Fleece AIOS. They are extremely hard to wash well and rinse out. You may have to give it or any other fleece AIOs or any AIO that has internal soakers extra care for that matter.

Get some DAWN original dishwashing liquid. Give it a squirt and rinse well. This will strip any oils or stink out.

Sorry I never got back to you. My dh is on 10 hour days and so I'm all alone here, lol.
It sounds like you got a lot of good advice.
As for the TTO, I put a drop or two in with my soap. I'd start out with one drop. My SIL's kids get sore bums from it if she uses too much.
