Ok i just found some Dappi at a thrift store today... I was kinda excited.. has anyone here tried them? what do you put inside them? I am expectiing a baby in may and may use some cloth diapers to save money... I have 3 fuzzi bunz that i used a bit with my son and may start using them with my 2 year old.. but 3 doesn't get me too far.. i don't like pins so want to stay away from them... do you guys think fuzzi bunz are the best cloth diaper or are there others that are ok and more cost effective... how do you wash and dry the dappi covers.. do you wash and dry them after every use.. or do you reuse them? if you use fuzzi bunz.. do you dry the covers? I have been hanging them but we use them rarely have room to hang 3... Do you take the inside out after you change them every time? If anyone has any used diapers for sale let me know.. my email is singlemomtothreekids@yahoo.com

with a dappi cover you'll need a prefold or fitted diaper, the dappi goes over it. I found they leaked personally. didn't like them much at all.

i'm a big fan of fuzzibunz. i currently have about 2 dozen of em. I stuff them with joeybunz (babykicks hemparoos) for a trim but very absorbent fit.

in an emergency i'll pull out the stuffer and air dry the outer and reuse, but i don't like to do that so i generally just use a new one each change.

i dry my fb's on the line , i hear it gives them a longer life/

hope some of this helps!

I personally do not like Dappi's. I don't care for the fit and mine leaked.

I do love my fuzzi bunz. I have never reused them. They're intended to be washed every time but I suppose you could occasionally.

I ment to have them ready to put in the washer.. my friend uses them and has to reach in to pull the inside out at every change so they are ready.. is that what both of you do? thanks for your help...

we have limited hanging space too so I hang my fuzzibunz on the backs of my dining room chairs, it only takes a couple of hours so its not too messy looking too long. Usually I hang them before we go to bed so I collect and stuff them 1st thing in the morning
