I swear by the book Prescription for Nutritional Healing. I wore through the blue edition, happily replaced it with the purple one which is as equally well loved, but what about this new book:

Prescription for Natural Cures, also by Balch and another doctor.

Does anyone own it? Like it? As compared to P for NH?

Any help would be appreciated as I am about to push the button to complete my order. :)
